Biography

David Arnar Runolfsson (born 1980) is a photographer and artist from Reykjavik, Iceland. David holds a BA in photography from Montana State University (MSU) in the United States from 2012 and an MFA in photography from the Valand Academy in Gothenburg, Sweden, from 2016. David's work focuses on landscape, human habitation of landscape and current debates in environmental matters. David enjoys employing a variety of techniques in his work, including historical photographic methods. He has exhibited his work in Iceland, USA and Sweden and is currently based in Iceland.
